Do I have to sign up for anything?
No. There is no membership, no sign-up fee and no minimum term. You book a clean, we quote it in writing, you pay for that clean. If you never book another one, nothing happens.
Will I be charged twice?
You will see two charges and both are expected. A 50% deposit holds your booking, and the remaining 50% is taken once the clean is complete. There is no recurring charge.
I am already with another cleaning service. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Whatever you have agreed with another company is between you and them. Plenty of customers run both while they decide.
