What happens next?
We will contact you to confirm the site, the scope and your handover date, and arrange a site visit if one is needed. Deadline work is normal for us, so tell us if it is urgent.
Can you work in phases alongside our trades?
Yes. Rough clean after framing and drywall, deep clean including HVAC and fine silica dust, then the final polish that gets you inspection ready. Book all three or only the final phase.
Will you need insurance documentation on file?
We can supply it before we mobilize. $2M or more general liability, full workers compensation, licensed and insured in Florida, and OSHA 10/30 certified crews.
