How long does a deep clean take?
Most deep cleans are completed in a single visit. The exact time depends on the size and condition of the home, and we tell you the estimate with the quote rather than after we arrive.
Will I be charged twice?
You will see two charges and both are expected. A 50% deposit holds your booking, and the remaining 50% is taken once the clean is complete.
What if it is not right?
Every space is verified before we leave, and if it is not right we fix it on the spot. Spot something after we have gone? Send a photo within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean that area free.
