Our Methodology

Three phases, booked together or separately

Most sites need all three. If you only need the final polish before inspection, that is a job on its own.

Phase 1

Rough clean

Removal of large debris, stickers and initial dust management after framing and drywall. We clear the site so finishing trades can work safely and efficiently.

Phase 2

Deep clean

High-level dusting, vent cleaning and detailed scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms. HEPA-filtered vacuuming eliminates fine silica dust from every surface, including HVAC systems.

Phase 3

Final polish

Microfiber wipe-downs, window detailing and floor buffing to a white-glove finish. This is the inspection-ready stage that gets you your certificate of occupancy.

Common Questions

Can you work in phases alongside our trades?
Yes. That is how most of our construction work runs. Phase one clears debris and dust after framing and drywall so finishing trades can work. Phase two is the deep clean including HVAC and fine silica dust. Phase three is the final polish that gets you inspection ready. You can book all three or only the final phase.
How fast can you mobilize?
Tell us your handover date in the form and we will confirm the earliest crew we have. Deadline work is what this service exists for, and short notice is normal rather than exceptional.
Do you carry the insurance our GC will ask for?
Yes. $2M or more general liability, full workers compensation, and licensed and insured in Florida. Our teams are OSHA 10/30 certified. Certificates are available before we mobilize so your compliance file is complete.
What about fine construction dust in the HVAC?
Silica dust settles everywhere and standard vacuums redistribute it. We use HEPA-filtered industrial vacuums and clean HVAC ducts and vents as part of the deep clean phase, which is what stops the dust reappearing a week after handover.
Do you handle exterior areas and parking garages?
Yes. Pressure washing for exterior walkways and parking garages is part of our post-construction capability, alongside high-access window and fixture cleaning.
Can you remove paint overspray and adhesive residue?
Yes. Paint overspray and adhesive removal is standard on our final polish phase, along with window detailing and floor buffing.
